Hi, may I know normally how long we can keep the break?
Bread without filling can be kept for three day in cool dry place. But we recommend you take it freshly baked, as the texture, moisture and taste will be different.

请问白油的用处是什么? 在面包里起什么作用? 我的oven 是17L 的, so, 我应该用多少temparature & 多少分钟 compare with the temparature & time that mentioned in the Bread Magic book?
1)面粉搓成团最后阶段加入白油使之有弹性,同时将水份锁着。除了没有味道的白油,也可以采用有香味的牛油取代。
2)先以150℃烘,如果面包太快变黄(15分钟内),调低温度;反之则可调高温度。每次调整10℃。一般体积的面包烘烤时间是25-30分钟。

我很想做核桃葡萄土司, 请问是不是跟做白土司一样?只需要加入核桃与葡萄? 还有我做的白土司, 当我搽牛油和吃的时候会有脆丝掉下, 是什么原因?
根据做法(4),擀薄后撒匀核桃及葡萄才卷起即可。
也许比较干,所以会掉脆丝吧。
